Job Description:  Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, components, and products within the production process. This role involves coordinating with various departments to track orders, monitor lead times, and address delays to maintain production schedules. Additionally, the Customer Experience Specialist assists in quoting projects by gathering pricing and lead time information from suppliers. A key aspect of this role is ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience by proactively addressing potential delays and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Pay Range: 61,000-70,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, monitor and track the status of orders, ensuring timely movement of materials and products.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to expedite shipments and resolve delays.
  • Work with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure accurate scheduling and prioritization of materials.
  • Assist in quoting projects by obtaining supplier pricing, lead times, and availability.
  • Update records and reports on material availability and production timelines.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks in the process and coordinate solutions to prevent disruptions.
  • Maintain clear documentation of order statuses, delays, and resolutions.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by proactively managing expectations and providing timely updates on order progress.
  • Assist the sales team with CRM system database management

Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or production support preferred.
  • Experience with NAV (ERP) system.
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
