We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us prepare, develop, and execute our company’s marketing activities and enhance our promotional efforts by creating marketing deliverables, helping to create content and managing local initiatives and events across the country. As a Marketing Coordinator at Soleno, you will work with the Marketing Director to support her in all her efforts to raise awareness of the brand, its services, providers and promotions. You will assist the marketing and the sales team with a variety of tasks, such as creating point-of-sale materials (business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, etc.), organizing photo and video shoots, proofreading and editing marketing materials, setting up email campaign, manage trade shows materials, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning (annual trade shows calendar) and execution of promotional events.
- Purchase and coordinate promotional materials and samples for regional and local events and trade shows.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our corporate brand and product brand.
- Assist the creation of engaging content for various channels, including social media (LinkedIn Page), newsletters, and website.
- Manage the creation of point-of-sale materials (business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, PWPT presentations, etc.) and organize photo and video shoots.
- Create and update product pages on website.
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns and events and report findings to the team, while conducting summary market research to identify industry trends and best practices that can optimize future campaigns.
- Participate in trade shows as needed.
- Research and build connections within local and industry-specific events and professional networks.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or business administration.
- 3 years of experience in marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing strategies and website platforms (WordPress).
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint).
- Intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Adobe Suite).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry
- Highly adaptable and self-directed, as tasks will be multiple and diverse
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creativity.
