relining and rehabilitation
The reconstruction of damaged sewer pipes by means of relining—also known as the pipe-in-pipe method—is becoming increasingly important.
KUSTOMFLO is extremely suitable for the relining process as our unique manufacturing method allows for minimal wall thickness while meeting the strength and stiffness properties required. Specific pipe stiffnesses can be calculated for all loads. Our pipes offer competent solutions for short pipe relining jobs. The welding can be carried out inside the shaft. Pipe lengths are available from 3.5 ft to 20 ft. In order to insert longer stretches, pipe lengths of up to 60 ft can be pre-fabricated.

Within a sewer system, a retention system can store stormwater for delayed release to the sewer plant to avoid overload. As KUSTOMFLO pipes are prefabricated, the complete system can be assembled in a very short time.

We offer both Standard and Tangential styles and integrated ladders. Manholes are produced using smooth ID and OD profiles to allow better soil compaction and settling on the vertical walls.
